yes, or a 2 way rear and 1.5 front

Well, its mainly a road car, with perhaps the odd track session, so from what SK said a 1+1.5 combo probably fits the bill better. But I am trying to work out if its worth it over the stock units when the car reasonably stock. Anyone with an R32 GT-R able to comment?

LW.

i have been in a gtr with a mechanical front diff and its scary i dont think its a good idea, invisage those rally style donuts in wrx you see thats what this gtr wanted to do, spin on the spot it was a handfull even in a straight line, but this was a big horsepower car... i want to know how a 2 way is any different to a locker....a 2 way is locked on acceleration and decelleration same as a locker????

i've got a 2 way LSD in my car. 2 way LSD: limited slip diff - locking action/force is the same off or on throttle. how strong the action is depends on the initial torque setting on the diff.. not fully locked... that'd be the welded diff me thinks :)
