Where Is Best Place To Get Rb26 Cnc Porting Done And Head Built

ok i getting my rb26 head built with cnc porting. and i have all the parts waiting. im either thinking of bullet cylinder or lewis engines. anyone had work done by these shops. and ur apinion might be helpfully. thanx

I may be wrong but I think Lewis engines out source their CNC work. But from what I've seen its good work.

Bullet do their own stuff.

I guess it comes down to $$ and being that both you and bullet are in QLD would make sense to use them to me.

Talk to Paul from Red R Racing... got a lot of experience with RB heads! He is starting to (or already has) program some of his proven heads so they can be done with a CNC.

We had one of our rb26 heads sent down to lewis a year or so ago, for cnc porting came back very ordinary.

i would say that Bullet do the Lewis heads anyway as they are the only guys in SA that have a 5 axis CNC that do heads.

CNC porting gives people a woody but if the original program is poor and has not been tested in real life you won't get a good result. Speak to Red R.
