Gtr Wheel Mixing

Hi,

I have a set of Rota Grid 18x9.5 +20 rims fitted to my r33 gtr. They have new nitto 05 tires fitted.

I also have a pair of buddy club p1 18x10 +12 rims with advan 050's.

Is it safe to run 2 rota 18x9.5 +20's with the nitto's on the front and the buddy club 18x10 +12's on the rears to test the 050's on the track?

Why may you ask? I'm getting a lot of wheel spin and looseness in the rear on the track and I wanted to compare the difference in grip.

If the rolling diameter are within 2-4% between tyres, it may be ok.

What size are the tyres?

The rims are both 18 inch and both sets of tires are 265/35/18.

Rolling diameter will be the same, width will be slightly out.
