738.42km - 9hrs 43mins

Taken from BP's Trip Planner. I suggest filling up at Tailem Bend, as it is about 300km to Ouyen, and then filling up again at Ouyen, and they both have BP Ultimate.

Of course it is a rough route, I will mostt likely be leaving from Victor Harbor with Rob.

i don't know why i bother sometimes, obviously extra fuel stops can be thrown in along the way

ok awesome Ryan

does everyone realise that i will be trying to head out @ 5am in the morning so we can try to be there about 3:30pm

straight up the freeway fuel stop @ horsham then all the way to destination

Adelaide > Horsham 429km's 4hr 56min as per google maps >>Here<<

Horsham > Shepparton 332km's 4hr 44min as per google maps >>Here<<

Just a note, theres a few of the SA drift boys that will be with us for the start of the treck to Calder park drift attack on the same weekend heading out friday morning. A big South Australian invasion indeed

So did we confirm a meet point for us southerners? I know there was talk of Mt Barker?

I will be booting up thru Upper sturt to join the freeway at Crafers... I will most likely have a brief stop at Tailem bend as driving at that time of day will require caffeine...lots of caffeine.

or red bull maybe a cafe latte with a shot of red bull :D

naw no time was set for meeting @ 6:30 tailem maybe meet @ tailem and depart tailem @ 6:45 (thereabouts once everyone has fueled done a pit stop got coffee and drinks)

i assume 1.5 hours would give us enough to to get there Josh?

remember a lot of this trip will be play it by ear

so are people thinking via ouyen or Horsham. i have done both ways several times and not much differance. the road off to horsham involves a bit of backtracking near Murtoa as not on the intersection. Murtoa to St Arnuad is a bit rough but very rarely any traffic.

if i was driving id give Ouyen a miss and go via horsham

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
