3 GTRs leading the pack after SS24.

Steve Jones is 1:11 ahead of the Sims GTR from SA with local WA bloke Pete Rullo a further 41s back and tied with the Shannons Insurance sponsored Jimmy Richards GT2RS. Dean Evans is in 5th place in his Evo X, over 2mins behind Rullo & Richards.

No surprises really. It's drag racing with a few corners thrown in. Massively benefits the Gtrs with their seamless acceleration from their auto gearboxes.

Sadly Targa west lost its appeal to many of the east coast teams a while back due to Scrutineers very much on the Locals side. Ill never have anything to do with the event again.
