Will be keen for this another time when, a)I finish work early enough to get there or it's on a weekend & b) I've got my car back & I'm not being a complete scrooge with anything to save money :P

how many spots left ?

4 spots currently up for grabs I believe, fist in best dressed. We can have more than 18 people, but then it gets harder to figure out whose drive it is etc, as there are 9 machines, so it's nice and simple with 18 :)

$5 for nominating the winner, all goes into a pool, and winner takes all :D

You're on fancy pants!

Don't think I'm not above throwing the event just to win my money back - I'll do it!

    • I'd ask the shop what they used and use that. Mixing coolants is sometimes OK, sometimes not, and you have know the details of each coolant to know whether it's a good idea or not.
    • Is it alright to top up with just another green coolant?

    • Will have a look at that. I cant see any leaks
    • Put another overflow bottle (ie, a 1.25 coke bottle or similar) under the overflow hose and see if it is being pushed out there or if it is disappearing into the engine.
