Transmission Wont Make Up Its Mind

hey guys. got a bit of a problem with my s1 4wd auto stagea. in the lower rev range ( between 1000-2000rpm) it feels like the transmission is trying to decide between gears. now this is just me THINKING what it could be. it might have nothing to do with the transmission at all but i figured id post it here anyways. i checked the fluid level and its within limits but i have no idea when it was last serviced

i suck at explaining things so i took a real shit video on my phone. you can see the revs sorta bounce around. it usually goes away when i floor the accelerator but not always

What mods have you done? Stock bov? Did it just start recently?

I would start with cleaning the afm and checking all your intake/cooler hose clamps.

only mod is a cat back. the sensor after the cat was cut coz theres nowhere to plug in another sensor. everything else including the bov is stock. i bought the car like that n i thought it would be a simple fix but as usual i was wrong

i already cleaned the afm and re-soldered the connections. ill see if i can stop by supercheap tomorrow and pick up a can of aerostart n start looking for leaks

just used half a can of aerostart on all the pipes and around the turbo n manifold. didnt find anything
