DJRIFT
i would belive that boost automotive would be just as competitive as anyone elce. tyres may be cheap on the internet but when you add freight and fitting they work out similar. the cost of getting tyres fitted anywhere is quite expensive nowerdays. GTR26
http://www.skylinesa...4878-18-wheels/ and yeah boost is good, I get my semis off him. Brad's a friggin legend. If these were 10" all round , i would be mad not to grab them a that price, nice looking rims. Will call in and see Brad next week and see what his pricing is like. Got a price from some dude on the internet last week R888 19-30-265 @ $485each + postage + fitting That puts me at about $2200 all up. Wogboy
Getting tyres fitted isn't that expensive, well not here anyway. Costs me $40.00 to get a set of tyres fitted. Try Stukeys in Melb, they are pretty reasonable, but only do Dunlop & Nittos I think. Or Hawthorn tyrepower, thats where I get my semi's from. (which is recommended even in race tyres as it is far more stable and there is less pressure growth during a heat cycle.) thats anywhere from 5-10 per tyre its all of a sudden over 100 bux for some carry in tyres. its not heaps but its all money. im with you thoe. getting a tyre store onside if you swap tyres a lot is a good thing. Clandestine
Anyone here used tyrerack.com? I've heard a lot of good things about them (and they do post to aus) but don't know anyone directly who has used them. The handling and suspension section has a whole thread on them Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/385226-semi-slicks/#findComment-6156688 Share on other sites
