Due to be time poor and wanting to clear up some space im selling off a heap of good quality parts that have been accumulating for various cars I own but dont have the time to complete at the moment.

Dailey engineering 6 stage dry sump pump

This is used but has been 100% rebuilt and is in perfect condition. Has a CNC machined scavenger manifold with a -16 outlet welded on.

Come with a top shelf Dailey engineering HTD pulley

Asking $1000 with the pulley

Barness 5 stage dry sump pump

This pump is used and has been sitting for approx 2 years. Was run on one of my previous race cars and removed when the car was retired from racing. was flushed with cleaning solvent and filled with WD40 before sitting on the shelf. Comes with a front pulley and does require a new front o ring seal as the last time it was used it had a small leak from the housing seal. ( I have the seal and its easy to replace)

Comes with a quick release scavenger manifold that was modified to suit the RB26

Asking $600

Pair of 996 porsche cup car front callipers

These is in usable condition with no leaks or detrimental damage. They have been used on a race car and the visual condition is indicative of this. Cermaic piston crowns and they come with a set of Pagid pads 50% worn.

They use a 380mm rotor which I may be able to supply at additional cost

Asking $700 the pair

Pair of 997 cup car rear callipers.

Same deal as the fronts but these are in good condition visually and done less work than the fronts. Can supply rear pads for additional cost but no rotors available at the moment.

2x pairs to get rid of $500 a pair

Brand new pair of wilwood Prolite 6R callipers

These were bought brand new for a car I was building but have no time for. They have never been bolted to anything and have never had a pad fitted to them. Perfect condition, boxes are gone but never used the callipers. Stainless steel pistons, backings etc etc.

Asking $800

Full set of rebuilt ohlins shocks

These are the absolute holly grail of ohlins shocks. 4 way adjustable (high and low speed bump & rebound) external resiviour with a separate bump piston.

They have been valved to suit an R34 GTR and have spherical bearing mounts top and bottom. They are used but have not been used since full rebuild and valving was done. These are not a direct fit into anything, more for the serious car builder who is doing a complete custom setup.

Advise on spring choice etc is available to the buyer if requested.

Asking $1800 Ridiculous price for a set of shocks that are worth 8x that new.

RCI fuel cell

Again brand new but never been fitted to a car. Was traded by me for a custom fuel cell in an escort rally car and I intended to use it for something one day but its in the way and must go.

Ill have to check dimmesnsions but it assume 60-70L from the size of it.

Covered in dust needs a good clean up, has always been sealed though.

Asking $200

FG falcone 6 cyl engine and BF 5 speed XR6 turbo box

Bought for a project but cant find time to do it.

Engine had done 30,000Km's and has had some of the timing case removed. I have atomic springs, timing gear and balancer for it. Box is standard, also has bolt on accessories like alternator etc.

Asking $1300 for the whole lot

R34 Skyline GTT rolling shell

Race only R34 GTT roller. Has all windows, pannels and a whole interior thats removed but complete minus seats and carpet.

Has a brand new carbon bonnet, brand new carbon guards (over 1K worth) good headlights, 2 sets of tail lights, 2 boot lids and loads of other parts to go with it.

Selling due to lack of time to do the job

Asking $3000 with all the parts and carbon gear

There is going to be more stuff coming up for sale but for the time being that is all.

Everything is located in sydney, prefer pick up but may post smaller items at your cost.

Low ball offers will be ingnored, decent offers will be replied to.

There is also an R32 Gtst rolling shell that id really like to rid myself of. Its a bare roller with doors and front guards, bootlid and no interior.

Has been stripped ready to cage etc.

I want $400 someone come and take it away!

I'll post up dimensions of the fuel cell latter today.

It should fit behind the back seat of a R32. I was planning to use it as a water tank on my transporter but made something else.

Yeah it is Dave.

Pm's asking if I have any other parts will be ignored.

I don't have seats, steering wheels, gearknobs etc etc.

What is advertised in this thread is everything that selling for now.

To be honest I've never even taken the lid off to check......

If it really matters I can check tomorrow and let you know.

I'll take $180 for it if you organize courier etc.

Brad

  • 2 weeks later...

RCI fuel cell I believe to be sold pending payment when I return.

I'll be back in Sydney this coming week and would REALLY like to move the R34 out of the workshop.

If someone is even remotely considering it send me an offer. I do want it and all the parts I have for it gone......

Details for fuel cell payment are on the way to you.

Yes I'm located in Sydney.

No none of the calipers come with any type of adaptor. They double in value when they come with brackets to suit.

    • You know what, I am enjoying your updates, but I have to say it is pretty poor form to walk into a shop that is paying for space and stock on the floor, try all their seats to work out what you are happy with, then buy somewhere else. If everyone did that the shop will be out of business with no opportunity for anyone to try a seat before buying. 👎
    • Good work, and thanks for posting up your solution for future people!
    • Yeah mate that’s the plan, I just want something I can have fun in and work on during weekends.  There’s really only 1 road fit to drive the car on and luckily is been redone recently.  I do want to tune it next year sometime, no dynos here so I’m looking at an ECU that can be remote tuned.
    • Initially I thought having a pair of Recaro seats would be a big bonus, it turns out these do get a little uncomfortable on long journeys (my fault, not the seat). I had a look through the GSM Performance website at reclining seats and booked an appointment to visit their show room. I got the Recaro Sportster CS for the R34 from here, was very happy with the service received so of course a re-visit was in order. Unfortunately the two Corbeau seats I had chosen aren't on display but they had 4 other options available. Two seats dug into my back, one dug into my legs and the other was perfect. I also found out that Recaro seats use a larger bolt pattern so some adaption was required. Luckily GSM offer some universal adaptors that should solve this problem. I searched the interwebs for price comparisons and Corbeau themselves were the cheapest at £300 cheaper (for the pair). I asked GSM if they could price match, unfortunately they couldn't. I later received an email saying Corbeau would honour them the same discount, but the purchase was already made. I did however order the brackets from GSM, both arrived on the same day. I started with the passenger side seat, knowing this was going to be a little trial and error. There are 3 mounting holes at the front and 2 at the rear on these JURAN Racing seat rails.  With the adaptor brackets mounted, the allen cap bolts started to push into the seat, NOT GOOD!  The rear mounting holes lined up but there were issues at the front. The holes were 1/2 hole out, so the brackets got a tickle with the drill to modify the holes. The supplied bolts weren't going to be long enough and a spacer was needed to stop the adaptor bars from bending. A local fasteners company supplied be with some nylon spacers and longer bolts (M8x30, although these will be replaced with 35mm long shortly) A before and after I pre-drilled the front bracket before making a start on the driver's seat to save some time. And in no time at all that was in the car too. The all black seats have transformed the interior and these are MUCH more comfortable. The only downside with the new Corbeau seats is I sit a little higher, but I'll happily accept that over discomfort. The Youtube video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPyttKPktXA
