I am selling my 1988 Toyota Hilux 2wd.

It has a RB20det conversion with rb20 5 speed gearbox.

Mods are as follows;

RB20det and gearbox (Mod Plated)

ViPec V44 ecu

RB25 turbo

10psi Boost

GFB boost controller

2 1/2 inch exhaust

Autometer gauges (Oil pressure, Boost, Tacho with shift light)

Lowered

17 Inch Wheels (your choice of all silver Blest Bahnsport or black and silver Avanti Volt)

New crown wheel and pinion and shimmed LSD

Rear brakes just done with diff

Carpeted alloy tray

LED tail lights (legal type with reflectors)

Sports steering wheel

Subaru liberty seats

Bosch 044 external fuel pump

Front mount intercooler

40mm Alloy Radiator

Pod filter

4x4 guards

Battery light stays on, tacho doesn't have siganl (light and functions work). Was quoted 3 hours labour to fix up, Can still drive the car and it doesn't affect performance or how it drives so it's been on the to do list. Paint flaked from where bonnet used to catch on body when opened. Stone chips on front apron under front bumper. Synchro for second is starting to go.

Makes 127rwkw with a basically standard tune and ran 13.2 @ 110mph with open diff and skinny 14 inch tyres. Will make a easy 165-180rwkw with a 3 inch exhaust and a retune good for easy 12's.

I need to sell, I have a 180sx with a rb26 I want to finish and one has to go. 6 months rego. QLD buyer will get roadworthy and 6 months rego. I reserve the right to end auction if sold prior to finish date as it is advertised elsewhere.

Interstate buyers to arrange freight.

Please don't hesitate to message me for details or to arrange a inspection 0419856391.

Car is located in Townsville QLD.

    • Hi...a bit a "development" on the brakes. I spoke to the guys where i get brakes from...and they are saying that 296mm EBC are for R34 GT-T. I then went to their site: https://www.ebcbrakes.com/vehicle/uk-row/NISSAN/Skyline (R34)/ and search for my car(R34 GT 1998 - it has GTT brakes) and it show me this USR1229 number and they are rly 296mm rotors... So now iam rly confused... The rotors i have now on the car are 310mm asi shown... So where is the problem? Does the whole EBC got it wrong or my calipers are just...idk know what?
    • Oh What the hell, I used to get a "are you sure you want to reply, this thread is XX months old" message. Maybe a software update remove that. My bad.
    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
