$1200 key scratches

i got some hefty keying on my doors and bonnet, i can touch them up for $150 which will only take it off the eye.

i was thinking i would do that and place vinals along the sides.

any idea what sort of prices i would be looking at and if it looks good on a skyline at all?

if you are putting decals on the side dont bother touching up the scratches.

if not, the only real options for deep to the primer/metal scratches, is to respray the panel. Or touch up.

Belive it or not repainting a door isnt all that expensive, I got quoted $400 to remove a scrape and respray the whole side of the car with blending. This was 8 months ago when someone hit my car in the carpark.

$1200 for the 2 doors and bonnet may be a little rich, more like $700. But im no panel beater

yeah i was quoted $500 at first, but i got another respray dude to quote me (who's work is good), and he said $1200.

he does all the work for extreme machines

Decals look shit.

Get it painted - and do it properly - otherwise it will cost you more in the long run.
