Hey, Just after some advice.

I just installed a 42mm Alloy Radiator from my Stock one in my R32 GTS. The fan clears the top of it but it has a slight movement so at around 4,500 revs it moves and hits on the radiator, how can i fix this?

Cheers.

confirm that the studs that bolt the pulley and clutch fan onto the water pump are not slightly loose. they can still be a lil loose in them and not come off.

if that doesnt work you could slot out the top bracket bolt holes to pull the rad closer to the rad support

lol

bad luck, did you pin point the problem so it doesn't to the next one ?

or just get a thermo fan/ or twin if all else fails, may as well go 52mm with a metal ( alloy/ galvanized) shroud knocked up

note: i've had a rad's fins/tubes fixed before from thermo fan damage, about $80, but if its a ebay china spec may as well get another one considering how cheap they are
