Hey guys

I bought a 1995 R33 GTST with "78,000" lol kms on the odo. I suspect a bit of sly play there but I warmed the engine up and did a compression test dry and wet.

I know there are a few other threads out there with results but because my car came with NO service history I was hoping to get some direct advice.

DRY WET

1-155 1-159

2-152 2-161

3-145 3-159

4-145 4-160

5-140 5-162

6-147 6-170

What do you gurus make of these results?

Thanks

Dan

Very healthy engine, more than 10% variance between cylinder is generally a bad sign but not here. Nissan service manual recommand a rebuild at 120psi and brand new about 172psi (not sure if this is wet or dry).
