FYP :)

johnny - could not FYP but wish to replace el jannahs with hot rocks.

Have yet to try Hot Rocks, been hearing a few people saying it's top notch.. might try it out this weekend!

you better. it just logically makes sense anyway, cos charcoal chicken is GOOD but when it's marinated and cooked over charcoal, that's just AWESOME.

that and their garlic sauce is smooooooooooth zomg salivating haven't had it in aaaaages

stop it, you mek me hunger lol...

not many blog reviews aye? the asians don't know about it LOL....... yet.. till I open my big mouth

don't open your big mouth. only tell your trusted friends who you want to feed well.

actually, open it, because then they might reopen their west ryde place that burnt down/up a month ago - that's the reason I haven't had it for ages, because I live in hornsby and bankstown (original store) is WAY TOO FAR for me - so west ryde was PERFECT, obviously until it burnt down. so sad.

Craving some dumplings/Wontons tonight - Going to make these my self instead of being lazy.... Although Night Shangahi is sounding pretty good right now, and at $7 a dish of 12 its really not worth it making them my self huh..

don't get me started LOL..

I've been clean eating for over a week, I'm depressed.. The only bad snack I have is light peanut butter with 9 grain vitaweats

wow man that's reallly badassssss light peanut butter!

had shanghai last night so gooooooooood

don't get me started LOL..

If you haven't already heard of My Fitness pal.... Get it. It makes life so dam easy. Custom set macros, Can even scan bar-codes of food or search there data base.

Fats... Really? you should be taking at least 0.75 Grams per body weight of good fats. Olive oil, Nuts, Avocado. MMmmmm Yum!

Yeah I downloaded it, but it is really off putting with the data it pulls from your phone.. it has too much access to it.. (I'm security anal) so I deleted it.

I do have good fats, I snack on mixed nuts and eat 2x cans of tuna a day not to mention cover my salads in olive oil :)

man, I wish I didn't have crappy Asian genetics.. I know a few lebo mates that eat rubbish, train less and have better gains.

Tonight's adventures will be 15 Hour Brined and butterfly'd Chicken, Plenty of osmosis happening with that amount of time. taken out and pat dried this morning, Sitting on a rack in the fridge to dry up ( makes the skin real crispy)

Will cook indirectly, over coals for 1 1/2 hours.

super jealous, must post pictures. is that for yourself or others too? one chicken basically feeds me........hahahahahah

Me and the missus - Though im sure ill be pinching some of her plate after ive smashed mine :) as always.

    • I've got a 2011 J50 that I imported six years ago. The unmodified factory AV system date and time has always been correct ( Japanese timezone of course ) up until last month. About two weeks ago, at engine start, the system wished me a happy new year ( in Japanese of course ). I can't think of anything that would make the system think that the date had changed, unless the GPS component has failed/reset somehow ? I checked the GPS reception in the system settings, and it can still see the satellites. Has any other J50 owner had this happen ?  It's no biggie, just annoying that it tells me the wrong date anytime I start the engine. 😅
    • Love following your adventures on IG, hopefully if you're still around in Japan when we visit again wouldn't mind going for a few beers with you (that's if you're keen on hearing how I hate Nissans).
    • ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?
    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
