Hey guys i'm after a seat belt for the rear right passenger seat in my 2003 V35 coupe.

Only problem is that my car is the anniversary edition with cream interior and all the seat belts i can find are black. My mechanic has tried but has no luck.

Any idea guys?

Also does anyone know if the seat belts for the rear are the same as the sedans?

He's trying to match the cream colour.

I'd contact wreckers. Nisspares etc

Get a part number - should be on the tag at the base of the belt. It will help the wreckers match it, you'll need the whole assembly including the reel.

Have a look at M35 stageas being wrecked, they had same colour interiors and probably more commonly.

Thanks man. I contacted Nissan spare parts they asked for my VIN number but they don't know what color the belt is, all they can tell is that the belt is for interior trim code S.

Any idea what color that is or how i could find out?

Get someone who can decode the nissanFAST codes - that will confirm your trim colour.

But I wouldn't go through Nissan anyway - unless you like prices with lots of numbers?

Have you contacted a wrecker? That is your best bet.

Otherwise try type the part number in google, any model with that number will show up. You might be lucky and find the maxima part fits or some other ausdm model.

How did your rear seat belt fail? I literally have never had anyone in the back of my car haha it's far too impractical for normal sized people..

Car got clipped on the rear by some guy not giving way. Had to replace to entire quarter panel.....3 months in the shop already and according to the panel beater the belt system either the motor or something broke

maxima's use the same belt setup as our cars?

Yeah i would like to get a new drivers seat belt. I have the 70th anniversary too. My belt doesn't retract all the way back.

Yeah your best bet would be wreckers. try findapart.com.au

Damn that's a shame man, insurance job?

Every time i hear the word panel beater i cringe a little, i spend a fair bit of time around them at work and from experience they do like to take their time but when i've seen the blokes driving the cars around it's not always "drive it like it's your own" kinda thing. That's why i hope i never get in a prang.

Yeah Insurance job. But the Panel beater is having trouble finding the correct color seatbelt too. Nissan can't help either apparently since these were limited....
