Trozzle
Zinc Magnesium & B6. $7 for 100 cenovis brand. Coles For the record, this product does not contain magnesium - it's zinc, manganese, and B6. Still just over $7 for 100 pills which ain't bad, just grab some magnesium on the side and you're set. L33SH
Were you taking all of those before you had trouble sleeping? I've been on anti's and joint formula for a week. The others, yes. mad082
Then wouldn't it make sense to address those issues rather than just looking for a bandaid fix to try and sleep better? Not trying to be rude, but it just doesn't make sense. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/412794-sleeping/page/14/#findComment-6987344 Share on other sites

bozodos
I'd been looking at various things in addition to GABA just out of curiosity, but most of them contain warnings about being toxic if taken for too long or in too great an amount.
