There are 3 plugs from memory Sh@un. At a guess I think the late model S1 might be the similar to R34 type if history is any guide. Somewhere in the Stagea section is a pinout for all three versions, perhaps one of Duncan's posts from many years ago??

Whether they are the same as any other model....it is hard to tell but they came out of the Nissan parts bin so it is possible.

w00t!

never doubt SAU's ability to turn up the info you need with a simple google search :D

cheers for making me think of it!

just be carfeul mate, there are multiple pinouts based on your ECU within the C34 series 1. Check the V00 at the end of the ECU's part number, I am pretty sure this diagram (and the one in the japanese workshop manual that is floating around) only cover v00.

The plug is physically the same as an R34 GTT, and I understand the C34 Series 2 might be an exact match for R34 GTT pinouts too (ie plug and play)

I have one of the latest model ecus, from memory, in my c34 series 1 as it is around a June 98 build. When I had my emanage ultimate installed, I definately had to buy a specific field harness, as none of the r33, r34 or early model c34 ecu plugs were the same. That's from memory mind you, I'd check but my car is in a different state :P

I can remember however that pin locations between the c34 ecu variants are different, and the plugs between the skylines, both r33 and r34 are not the same shape as the stageas :)

Harts.

S1 plug shape is the same but different pin locations and diffrent plug locking mechanism than s2 and r34 . S2 and r34 are identical . S1 computers are similar but like I said b4 diff pin outs but you can trace the main ones back ie injector drives, cas sender ect and locate using a cross of s2 wiring diagrams and wire colours from the engine bay if you want to piggy back a comp like an emanage ultimate ect

Cheers
