Thanks mate. I have spoken with a few brokers about this as an option to explore later if our local search proves unfruitful.

Have viewed a few examples so far and saw potential in some however unfortunately nothing has really been 'stand out' for our purposes. (Ripped carpet, stuffed seat bolsters, evident repairs etc come to mind).

Obvious preference is something already in excellent condition, however everything has a price.
