Hi all,

As hard as it is putting this ad up, the time has come to sell my dream car. Only selling due to leaving my current job & very soon to be moving back to NSW before heading overseas. I need it sold soon, hence the price corresponding with K's & modifications.

$41,500

This is the ultimate street & circuit GTR built with only the best parts available & maintained to the highest standard.

HKS TOMEI NISMO etc no ebay or non-genuine parts have ever been used. The car has had upwards of $85,000 spent on it.

As of 13 May 2013 the car has had another 12months rego put on (valid till 21-5-14) & now a Road worthy Cert ready to go.

The car has modifications plates for: Aftermarket seats, aftermarket breaks, Roll cage (at the end of april this year, you can now NOT get a street car mod plate certified for a cage. But this is already done so its good to go. Its also mod plated & rego'd as a 2 seater.

The car has been freshly tuned only a few weeks ago & made over 500hp at all 4 wheels on a low, safe & very reliable 18psi.

And like it always has, is running like a dream.

All work and tuning is carried out by GT Auto Garage.

As you can see with the road worthy done, rego, mod plates etc this is a hassle free buy.

Serious enquiries only!

NO low ballers or swaps.

Test drive will only be available after deposit is taken.

Don't let this GTR pass you by! Im happy for inspections as this car in the flesh is second to none!

  • 2 weeks later...

Thanks guys, much appreciated!

I kinda need some help getting the word out there to sell it, as I only have until mid July to see her off.

The car is absolutely flawless and there are no loose ends with it at all. Mechanically it's perfect and is actually really nice to drive!

I know the sale price is in the 34gtr range and even so I feel as tho I should have a much larger ticket on it, not to regain losses as this sale is not due to money issues but due to the quality and stunning condition it's in and the fact that ya just don't see 33's like this. And if I had more time to have it up for sale, there would be another 5-10g on top of it now, so this really is a bargain and rare deal.. It really is like no other 33 out there and I'm at the stage where its not getting driven like it wants to be and I'm to scared to take it out in fear of someone on something happening to it, even stone chips are something I don't wanna see on it haha

I really want it to go to an enthusiast where the new owner can really appreciate and respect how well preserved and tastefully mod'd it is and the time and attention to detail with each modification but also drive it and get it out there as its very sheltered and pampered at the moment.

If u guys could share or just spread the word amoungst friends and other enthusiasts, I'd be forever greatful knowing that the car is going to a good home. In which case I'd happily do an even better deal for someone who won't run it into the ground! :)

I'm more than happy for inspections even if you're slightly interested :)

But since having it for sale, I've had that many dreamers and flat out time wasters that I don't wish it upon any foe let alone u guys when it comes time to sell your beasts! Haha

Thanks again for the kind words :)

Dan

Also included the car has just been window tinted (20% tint and with anti-glare) about 2months ago with a life time warranty, 1kg fire extinguisher, standard mirrors & wing blade that will also come with sale, genuine nismo gear knob, D1 Spec wheel nuts, space saver wheel, brand new battery.

There's most likely a lot of other things I've forgotten too.

Someone get on this! You'll only make money on it!

    • It's generally best practise to run 1x run without VCT enabled, then 1x run enabled till redline. Overlay the two torque graphs and you'll find the desired RPM to turn off VCT. Sometimes, it might be even worthwhile turning off VCT earlier control torque/cylinder pressure and using VCT purely to spool the turbo.

    • First time I ever have issues with Amazon, but my wife often tells me to keep an eye out for fakes. It finally got me. I wrapped up the conversation with Gates. The gentlemen I was talking to seemed to hate his job but the response time on their technical support is outstanding. He stated that the hose is marked with some variation of "SAE J30R10" but that if you only purchase a 1 foot length like I did, it is possible to get a cut between markings and have a blank hose. To no ones surprise, he stated the swelling and "gummyness" isn't normal and to replace/buy from somewhere else (He mentioned NAPA). I'll toss a small end of the new one in gas for a few days before pulling the hanger out again, just to be safe.  Hose should arrive Monday. For those running multiple pump in tank hangers, you know the joys of getting them out and back in. I'm surprised I haven't destroyed my level float yet.  Lastly once I wrap all of this up, I'm planning on hitting the dyno again in 2 weeks while I'm on vacation. I realized recently that my VCT is set to turn off at 5000RPM. I'm surprised it wasn't increased while I was on the dyno last. I'm expecting I can increase it to ~6500RPM, if not more. Should hopefully get another 15-20kw out of it. I also want him to revisit my knock thresholds. I'm occasionally getting false knock around 3000rpm.
    • I don't believe you.
    • All jokes aside, OP they're just called R32 oem rims as you said. The Nissan engineers back in the late 80's loosely copied the design from the Koya Driftek which was designed and produced about 18 years later.
