I think the book says engine oil - 5000k, filter - 10000k; brake fluid, gearbox, power steering, coolant - 2 years; diff - n/a.

I do the engine oil and filter every 3000k or so, bleed brakes every service.

Changed g/box and diff recently and coolant is due next year.

The book says oil/filter 10000km for turbo, 15000km for non turbo. This is assuming you use average grade mineral oil. If you use high grade synthetic and halve this interval, you should be more than ok. I don't think you'd ever need to go as far as doing it every 3000km for street use, if you're doing a lot of trackwork you should be changing the oil between races regardless of how many km you've done.

Bleeding of brakes is not a normal service procedure. If it needs to be done there's something wrong with your brakes. Unless you just mean changing the fluid. But using a good quality dot 4 or dot 5 brake fluid it should last at least 30000km, probably 60000. Doing it 10-20 times as often than that is serious overkill. For brake fluid I like Caltex GP600, it's got the non squishy properties of a good dot 4, but with a temperature rating as good as many low-end dot 5's. Best of both worlds.

I do my fluids quite often as I need the car to be reliable and I track it alot.

Oil - 5000

Oil Filter - 5000

Fuel Filter - 10000

Brake Fluid - Every few track days or once a year. If you cant remember when you last did it then its been to long.

Coolant - Once a year

Gearbox Oil - Once every 18 months for me, but you can get away with once every 30,000k's or more

Diff Oil - Once every 18 months again but you can get away with once every 60,000

Ignore the manual guys. Its full of lies, it says you dont have to do the Diff Oil but my god you should have seen the crap that came out of my one when we did it. It was putrid, you should definatly change it to keep your LSD working nicely.

    • So either way it is gearbox out and look what is wrong?  I know about the input shaft bearing. Even before swap/new clutch the it sounded exactly like this: So is that inout shaft bearing or the other was installed backwards?  And can some please tell me the part number for that input shaft bearing? The gearbox is small box from R34 N/A and number is FS5W71C. Thank you
    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
