Morning Pete! 8 December for charity cruise mate. Got a pretty great route organised.

oh well, next year hopefully

Hi Pete, what type of engineering work?

work for a gas fabrication contractor, mainly doing qa work out here right now though

I work every Saturday at one of my jobs at least, only day off is Sundays (if I am lucky) hanging out for tomorrow!

Sounds as aweful as my situation. Barristers love to be briefed in new matters on weekends, as they're in court all week. Means I too have to work w'ends. Thank god for the forum can still maintain a social life :)

Yeah it's crazy and they're busy all day either in court or prepping for the next case!

Did the degree and preferred working in business and working with growth of companies. :)

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
