well if u do.......make sure you hit a few for me as well ;)

And me, always loved smacking 7-8-9 irons, and when you hit that sweet sw shot and it just sits when it hits the green.... Sah nice

And then comes the dreaded short game

I thought you stopped posting, as your keyboard was clearly bigger than everyone else's. :) Balance is critical. If it was so simple, why didn't you make one up yourself???

PS: I am actually fully trade qualified (Ask Ants) and build RB engines myself in what little spare time I have outside law. My latest build is 390AWKW SAU member's engine. Have you even touched or used the Ross trigger system, or just posting that they suck for the sole purpose of trying to contradict me? :)

Notice I put smiley faces, therefore it's a friendly post. :)

I didn't make one my self because a monkey with a cnc machine can make a prefect trigger disc in minutes. I don't give a f**k if you are qualified in every trade ever and made a 9000kw rb in your kitchen, you are wrong. There is nothing difficult about a crank trigger no matter which way you slice it, any machine shop in the country can produce the required disc. I have touched a Ross kit. Then used it to think of something else that does the same job for 1/4 of the price. At no point did I say the Ross kit is shit. It isn't, their price however is completely unjustifiable for the simplicity of the gear they supply.

I got my information on how to get the set up done simply and cheaply by a guy called Alan Heaply who also knows a thing or two about RBs. Probably even trade qualified but I would have to verify that with Ants.

CAN WE ALL PLEASE PUT OUR EGOTESTICAL BEHAVIOUR TO ONE SIDE!!!

IS THE ROSS CRANK TRIGGER KIT DURABLE AND RELIABLE – YES

IS IT EXPENSIVE? – WE ALL AGREE THAT IT IS

ARE THERE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS AND CHEAPER CRANK TRIGGER KITS AVAILABLE – YES

I AM NOT VERIFYING ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE LACK OF RESPECT PEOPLE HAVE FOR ONE ANOTHER SOMETIMES

NOW, ENOUGH OF THIS HIGH SCHOOL BEHAVIOUR AND LETS BE SINCERE TO ONE ANOTHER AND HELP EACH OTHER OUT INSTEAD MATURELY

do you need a hug ants?

In other news, Ashes have started and Australia has chosen to bat first.

Now, can Australia maintain their 25 years test winning streak at the Gabba? Or can England make this Australiá's 10th test loss in a row?

I don't think we will lose, the test series over there was pretty close, and this time its here, and we have a better team.

Big man hugs all round

And I think we will lose again. Maybe not in Brisbane, but we will lose the series.

Stupid Poms.

Stupid Clarke.

Ross can eat a dick. The price of those kits is Bullshit. I got my gear from some local guys who were able to provide the trigger, hall sensor and mounting kit for less than 400 bucks.

Hmmm slight contradiction on the Ross front, but you seem like a pretty complicated guy lol

Here's the killer for your argument about how a simple monkey can make it... Nissan couldn't get it right - Feel free to verify with your best mate Richard Cranium :)

For anyone who is interested, I exclude you Bunta (because you're such a knowledgeable guy) - Have you ever tried to bend a pen? If you hold it midway... it doesn't work but if you lengthen it and support it at the quarter way mark then the pen bends/wobbles... now if you add a trigger wheel to the front of the crank to extend out the front what happens?????

That's the best you got... is the guy clever enough to hold a law degree too - again ask yourself :)

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
