Mugabetown - Whoretownin' At It's Worst.

Recommended Posts

I had to start at 5am this morning. Needless to say i got to sleep at about 7:30pm last night

Was in bed by 8 last night. Just need rest after all the flight crap on Thursday, Sydney on Friday and Saturday, charity cruise etc. just wrecked overall.

Morning all. Didn't go to work today. Exhaustion is evil.

I slept through two alarms this morning, managed to get to work only half an hour late though.

Really don't want to be here though, and half falling asleep at my desk

Morning all,

We are getting old and sawft, gone are the days of being able to back up after a big weekend.

I have some sort of bodyclock groove at the moment I am always out of bed exactly 8 hours after i go to sleep now so it works out well.

Jealous, I took the skyline to work with me today. Feel sorry for my neighbours with me starting it up at 4:30am lol

Haha I think this every morning when I fire up the abomb... And then let it idle for five mins warming up lol

Hahaha. im straight out no warm up for me. I feel bad enough already. I just drive it at 2000rpm or less for the first few minutes

12 hour days every day :P

to be fair I don't have to cook anything though, but by the time a gym session and have dinner in left with about an hour before its bed time again.

rinse and repeat 13-20 times

So... Funny story...

Last night about 7:15 I get a missed call from my best mate's wife. Bit strange, assumed it it my mate ringing me from her fone. I try and call back, straight to voicemail. Hm ok. Try calling mate's fone, again straight to voicemail.

So I text mate's wife asking what's up. She says nothing, pocket dial. Ok cool, no biggie.

Then get another message from her at about 7:45 asking if I have spoken to my mate at all today (yesterday). Which I haddn't, and asked why.

She replies well last she had heard from him was at about 3:30, and he was getting on a train at Roma St heading home (Redbank Plains). Aparantly he was with another mate in the city drinking and watching some boxing. So it is a bit strange that it has taken him 4+ hrs to get home on a 1hr train trip (especially considering the train was pulling up when she spoke to him).

So she is getting a bit worried, she called translink etc checking for train delays, none. Called cops to see if he had been locked up (has happened before). Nope. Called hospitals etc to see if he had headbutted something he shouldn't have (happened before) nope nothing.

So by 9:30pm and he still isn't home and his phone going straight to voicemail, she is stressing out big time. Spoke to his sister/family etc and this is pretty out of character for him to go missing so they told her to ring police again and get them out to his house for a chat.

By this stage I am getting a bit worried too, because he can be a little abrasive when he is drunk, and supposed to be on a train (Ipswich line) you never know what other creatures could be on the train that he may have rubbed the wrong way.

Then at about 10:30 I get a text from his wife.

"dip shit is home"

haha

He is incoherrant, she can't get out of him where he has been and she is fuming lol. I told her just be happy he made it home and to take it out on him in the morning when he is hungover. She replies yep will do, and ads that he says to me 'thanks flamin mongrel' haha

He then makes a post on facebook that says "well I am alive", which she responds "until morning" to which he replies "hehehehehehehe".

Man he has a deathwish.

So needless to say he is feeling a little bit sorry for himself today. Spoke to him earlier and his story was basically, got pissed, lost track of time.

Sux to be him haha Hungover, working all day and going home to a mighty pissed off wife :D

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
