Mangs TFIF, celebrations tonight, new car and got my new salary package this morning gunna make it raaaiiinnnn!!!

work should be giving me one of those soon, though of course they're in no hurry...

The pay cycle for us is from January to December. And our employer bases our pay adjustments on company performance for the 12 months and employee performance. They then lodge it with Corporate who then approve or deny. We're told we should see our new pay in March, backdated to January.

We're now in June, have no idea of our new packages and still haven't seen our new pay.

Hopefully will you see that new pay soon soon Scott.

Sounds rather bureaucratic but is common amongst larger scale organisations

But how much overtime do you do?

That varies greatly, in any given year maybe 5 days worth total. Not a whole lot.

And now we are not really allowed to even if it is required, so only of you are on call and an incident occurs while you are the on call person.

Sounds familiar, we were due a new EBA in June 2012, mean while....

The power comes from the cooling effect of the water (and the meth) and the extra fuel (the meth, which also has massive octane). It is effectively exactly like running E85. One might be slightly better than the other, but they are damn close. But with either you can lean on the boost or the timing (or both) waaaay more than with just petrol and the results are similar. Here's the first thing I googled for an anecdotal bit of evidence. Can't access the attachment without being a gold member, but it is there for the getting if able to, or searched up elsewise perhaps. https://www.hpacademy.com/forum/general-tuning-discussion/show/wmi-vs-e85/
    • Yeah it is wild how much wider the Yokohama A050 in 255/40R17  vs Yokohama AD09 in 255/40R17 sits on the 17x9 +22 considering its even from the same brand and adjacent product family
    • Would love to see some examples of WMI making the same as E85. Only thing I've ever found is this one.  Which suggests WMI is not worth much at all.
    • And now the washer bottle looks like an orphan. You're going to have to spend money on a wrinkle black painted fabbed ally one of those. Oh, and the brake MC res. That won't look any good after you've gotten rid of the washer bottle. You going to need to go back to work to keep up with this?
