Mugabetown - Whoretownin' At It's Worst.

Yup.

I don't like domestic flights let alone the thought of international, the thought of flying overseas makes me nauseous then a few unfortunate events relating to flying overseas just add to that, needless to say, could not fly Malaysian Airlines even if it is just unlucky at what has happened... But I am sure you will have an awesome trip...

We are contemplating USA end of next year, early 2016... Even then I am tempted to stop in Hawaii for a day or two so that it makes the flight a little bit shorter...

Also... Who can suggest some places I can get a custom colour rattle can made up so I can paint some shiz?

Yeah It pretty much cant be bad, no work for 4 months, hard to go wrong really.

Thats probably better, I wouldnt mind doing shorter trips to different places, but Anna is doing courses while we are over there so it sort of has to go that long. I would like to do like 6 weeks there, 6 weeks in europe, 6weeks in South Africa, ect ect. but yeah at the end of the day I have 6 months of leave built up and I can afford to take it half pay so there is plenty of scope for those other things down the track!

Sounds like a plan! I want to do Europe but doing to start with USA/Canada and then another time go and do Europe (mainly Finland and Germany because relatives over there). I want to go to Japan but not sure about anywhere else in Asia or africa etc.

Autobarn

That's what Bodo said, I have no idea if they will be able to get it close to my Metallic pink/purple pearl since it's two colours on my car to make it what it is but if they can get it even remotely close I will be happy...

Martin let me know of a place in Geebung that may be able to do it and I've heard there is somewhere in Strathpine but not sure where. Gives me a few options at least, hopefully one can get close...

Paint matching in a can will never be 100%

Doesn't need to be, just needs to be close so I can cover the white and grey primer until I am ready for a full spray :)

main thing is they need to be able to scan a sample. not just find a paint code

Yeah, I can take my fuel cap off for them to scan otherwise I have a tin at home which is a fairly close match and was used previously on a door handle when my car was broken into.

Sounds like a plan! I want to do Europe but doing to start with USA/Canada and then another time go and do Europe (mainly Finland and Germany because relatives over there). I want to go to Japan but not sure about anywhere else in Asia or africa etc.

Japan aw yiiiisssss!!!

    • And now the washer bottle looks like an orphan. You're going to have to spend money on a wrinkle black painted fabbed ally one of those. Oh, and the brake MC res. That won't look any good after you've gotten rid of the washer bottle. You going to need to go back to work to keep up with this?
    • You're going to need all that and more to keep them from rubbing at the rear anyway, is my guess.
    • Looking at it now the battery clamp needs some love..  LOL One day, but not tomorrow, tomorrow I'm strictly a spectator, the only testing for me tomorrow will be on the coffee and food at the Cafe
    • I purchased some (used but new to me) Yokohama A050 Mediums to try out for the first time and fitted them up to one of my sets of Rays TE Fortesst's. Sizes are 235/45R17 front and 255/40R17 rear. They are very chonky compared to the same sized AD09 on the same sized rim. Some fiddling will be needed to make them fit. How much camber do these like as a general rule? I imagine more than the rear camber of -1.5' I typically run. So my plan is to target -3.8 front and -2 rear
    • If you want to test it under temperature, I think you should enter the One Raceway day tomorrow with Duncan!
