yep, no issues and look who won the race.... :woot:

haha, I had a feeling I was putting the kibosh on him!

Hamilton has been overly agressive on the chop chop with Rosberg all season. The only reason there hasn't been contact sooner was Rosberg being very compliant and getting the f**k out of his way. Sooner or later shit was going to happen the way Hamilton drives. Rosberg was pulling out of that move too, but Hamilton just had to do his usual chop chop job. And what a friggen sook!

You tell 'em Eddie!

Eddie handled the crowd of poms very well.

I agree that Homo has been throwing the hatchet at Rosbergs car everytime they had been wheel to wheel but this time it was just clumsy or Rosberg. But after driving him off the road in Hungary I guess Rosberg felt he wanted to pull Homo's chain a little

Homo's been slowly imploding for a while. Just been lucky. Last race his first lap effort throwing it at a scenery just didn't manage to get what it deserved. Scrappy in qualifying when the chips are down for a few races now as well. Pressure is getting to him. And unbelievably quick to drop his head, even immediately after coming from the back in the last race for a good result.

He was friggen lucky to get the one championship he got, despite having the dominant car that year it needed a gift on the last lap of the season to get him over the line.

Rosberg is being pretty classy with some tough questions from stupid SkyTV questions

Agree that all season Homo has been driving with his elbows out with Rosberg and just like Prost and Senna that respect only goes one way for so long. Will be interesting to see how Rosberg puts up with the criticism

Homo claiming he gave Rosberg room

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/115546

Rosberg still getting hot girls stopping him for pics whilst Homo gets stopped by pimply face poms

Well Rosberg wants this championship and has copped to sticking his car in an awkardspot as he is tired of Lewis not leaving him enough room in a fight.

The instance he chose was rather poor and expect in a lap or two with a more robust pass attempt Lewis would have pulled out the hatchet as usual

Looking forward to lucky Lewis playing victim the rest of the year . A bit disappointed that Rosberg was so impatient....i had hoped he was going to win the WDC whilst Homo played victim. He may now have a wave to ride

Confirmation from Merc that the Lewis quotes are accurate, and are a reflection of what is believed to have been said in the meeting

Wow, first the monaco stunt, now this... the germans really are sickos for a win. This teammate relationship dynamic is going to be hard to manage for the forseeable future

Buxton is obviously a Pom...

Hamilton claimed that...Rosberg admitted his lunge into the rear of the sister W05 was a premeditated response...

“We just had a meeting about it and he basically said he did it on purpose. He said he did it on purpose. He said he could have avoided it," Hamilton told reporters. "He basically said ‘I did it to prove a point’.

“You don’t have to just rely on me, go and ask Toto [Wolff] or Paddy [Lowe] who are not happy with him as well.”

According to Wolff, claims that Rosberg admitted crashed deliberately are "nonsense".

another quality little cry from Homo too.

Don't let the Homo phobia get in the way of a good story.

WHAT MERCEDES BOSS TOTO WOLFF SAID

"Lap number two of a long race and a crash between two team-mates, we have often discussed the situation and it happened today. You don't try to overtake with the knife between your teeth in lap number two and damage both cars. This is a decisive moment in the battle between the two of them and for the team. Lewis is very upset, we kept him out there for a long time with a damaged car. He will recover quickly. It is going to be handled.

"Nico felt he needed to hold his line. He needed to make a point. He (Rosberg) didn't give in. He thought it was for Lewis to leave him space, and that Lewis didn't leave him space. So they agreed to disagree in a very heated discussion amongst ourselves, but it wasn't deliberately crashing. That is nonsense."

WHAT MERCEDES NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN NIKI LAUDA SAID

"It is unacceptable. If these things happen at the end of the race, when they are fighting for the win then you discuss it but in the second lap to hand the victory to Red Bull. I thought they were clever enough to know that but obviously they aren't."

So I am ready to call it. Sam Michaels is worse than Gascoyne and probably at the root of McLaren being useless :( He is death to any F1 team he gets given input into

Probably not entirely his fault. Am prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt seeing he is from WA. But you have a point.

    • I appreciate the detailed explanation, think I understand now. I spent the better part of last night reading what I could about shuffle and potential solutions. I had replaced the OEM twin turbo pipe with an alternate Y pipe that is separated further away from the turbo. The current one is from HKS and I had a previous pipe that was separated even further away, both have shuffle. I had heard that a divider can be welded in to the OEM pipe to remove turbulence, and figure that aftermarket pipes that are more separated would achieve the same thing. From what I read, most people with -10 turbos get shuffle due to their size, though it's a bit less common with -5s on a standard RB26. I think Nismoid mentioned somewhere it's because OEM recirculation piping is common in Australia with -5 cars. It seems that the recommendation tends to vary between a few options, which I've ordered in what I think is most feasible for me:  1. Retune the MAP or boost controller to try to eliminate shuffle 2. Install OEM recirculation piping 3. Something called a 'balance pipe' welded onto the exhaust manifolds. I don't know if kits for this are available, seems like pure fabrication work 4. simply go single turbo My current layout is as follows: Garrett 2860 -5s HKS Racing Suction intake MAF delete pipes HKS racing chamber intake piping hard intercooler piping,  ARC intercooler HKS SSQV BOV and pipe Haltech 2500 elite ECU and boost solenoid/controller HPI dump pipes OEM exhaust manifolds HKS VCAM step 1 and supporting head modifications Built 2.6 bottom end All OEM recirculation piping was removed, relevant areas sealed off I'll keep an eye out for any alternative solutions but can get started with this.  Only other question is, does shuffle harm the turbo (or anything else)? It seems like some people say your turbo shafts will explode because of the opposing forces after a while and others say they just live with it and adjust their pedal foot accordingly.
    • That worked out PERFECTLY! Thank you big time to JJ. He was able to swap me his stock diff. He drove all the way to me as well. Killer! Removal & install was pretty straightforward. The diff itself is HEAVY. So that’s a 2 man job.  Man does the car drive nice now! Couldn’t have worked out any better 👌
