Changing Interior Lights

i was wondering if theres any way to change the lighting inside my 2003 skyline, im not really into the orange lighting everywhere e.g. stereo, speedo, clock etc. id like to go for a whitish blue colour, kind of like in tron legacy colour scheme haha

Not sure about the other parts, but the speedo is a bit difficult as the orange colour is a film on the back of the dial backing. I have heard of people removing the needles and dial backing and sanding the orange film off, but it looks to be quite a mission.
