When you are forcing 15-20psi of compressed air , at speed, into a tube and then you block that tube suddenly...where is all that pressure supposed to go if you have blocked the bov?

It's supposed to make a tu tu tu sound and dissipate completely without any detrimental effects to my turbo or car.
