Hello, as per some of the suggestions above, we pushed the budget "a little" and have managed to find a place in Kangaroo Point that ticks all the boxes.

Booked to sign lease and move in on Thursday, will post a link/pics once we move in.

Its expensive, but will make our introduction to Brisbane first class.

Congrats mate! Kangaroo Point is an awesome suburb. Minimal on the crime as well. We know who's place we're going to for river fire. ;-)

Sadly to much to take care of to make it to the Monthly meet today, but next time for sure.
