Xtreme Twin Plate Ceramic Clutch

Hey guys,

Has anyone had any experience with the clutch from the title??

What style of button does it have? Whats the pedal feel like?

Would you recommend using it for daily use?

Australian built clutch

my one didnt seem like it was ceramic more like a brass compound

pedal effort is easy like stock but a very bighty clutch in a rb it was a challange to get used to its not really a clutch that can be ridden

its the cheapest twin plate clutch on the market that i could find anyway at $1300

it will hold up to 550hp so they say

at the moment its all good at 460rwhp

I also have a ceramic twin plate xtreme clutch in my 680rwhp F6 typhoon holds the power okay

Just because something is sold on ebay does not mean its cheap crap.

Extreme is a good brand, made in South Australia i think from memory, ive spoken to them before as i was going to carry their line of clutches, they are good, they stand behind them, they are cheap because they are looking to break into a market dominated by exedy, from memory i think some of the components to make them come from exedy, just like NPC and Jim Berrys clutches.

Thanks for the responses fellas, think Im going to go ahead with this clutch once I find out what's going on with my RB26, found filings in my piping after I had a funny fluctuating rev tone on idle...

As said above it's Australian and Extreme are #1 award winning for the last few years now.

I run the twin plate ceramic clutch in my 32 GTR. A reasonably new uprated model for the 32GTR push type.

I rate it very highly. (so far as it's only been a year)

Previously used the OS gieken twin plate.
