Clear Over-Spray On Windscreen

Any tips on removing clear over-spray that has landed on front windscreen, in form of minute dots

So far tried autoglm glass polish and grease/tar remover (pre- paint prep)

Very fine steel wool with some Metho

ask your local smash repairer

Ive gotten overspray off without fail with a simple meguiars clay bar.

mothers clay bar (yellow), I got lazy and hadn't touched it till few months later, I guess it bonded to the glass it more

doesn't catch very well with blade due to curvature, will try nail polish remover tmrw

Use a razor blade, you cant really destroy the windscreen unless your stupid with it. Just angle it (like your using a scraper) and back and forth over the windscreen. I did it to remove overspray on the windscreen of the ute i drive out to work not to long ago. Only takes about 5-10 mins

tried the razor blade but over spray clear specks is too small, can't catch with fingernails

Going to try clay bar again otherwise anyone know where I can get the red aggressive one today? checked repco and sca no luck

If a razor wont get it I dont like your chances with a clay bar. Maybe you need to polish it with a buffer. Probably cheaper to take it to a car detailer

Are you sure it's clear coat and not from grinding?

didn't pluck the steel wool idea out of my ass

Warm soapy water (dishwashing liquid)

Hand held razor scraper

0000 or 000 steel wool from bunnings

Single passes with razor

same with steel wool (light'ish not a hard rub or circular)

test in a corner if your dubious
