If you don't have a friend with a Nistune license just buy one. Then you can flash whatever ROM dump you want. The Nistune ROM pack has the actual stock maps for literally every ER34 ECU as far as I can tell, both AT and MT. -
Looks to be a two part problem to me. Air behind pistons on one side of the caliper and a flexible dog bone. I know all the cool kids run alloy dog bones for the added lightness but I prefer steel because I've had problems with an alloy kit before (chattering). This sounds extreme but I'd force all the pistons right back in the bores, bleed the caliper on the bench, re-install and bleed the system again. Assuming there are no AKB springs in these?

Money pump was done recently. So, it must be that.

This is where I'd start. I like GKTech stuff, but there are more reports of that particular fan not working on RBs than there are reports of it being even as good as stock, let alone better. Also, inspect the radiator. How are the fins? If many are bent over, then you will suffer. Also look at the overall air path from grille through to the radiator core. Is it set up to allow air through the front mount to just spill out the bottom instead of going through the rad? Some corflute sheeting might help.

It's a Euro debt trap, so....just about anything? Cam drive, flux capacitor, money pump, etc.
