Does that mean barelay faster than LMP2 car. POS FWD Nissan. So ashamed of the ralk last year where Nissan said they were so confident of their concept that they could win 2015 le Mans. :(

lol what a load of bullcrap

Sif they will do that.

The car looks terrible not only aesthetically but performance wise

Porsche and Audi will shit all over it

The GT40 LM car looks the goods though for 2016

well there's no electric drive and therefore no 4wd add planned so instead of 1500hp it'll be running half that. It's really just a test of whether it can make it to the end.

If it completes it without issue then I can see it having a proper tilt at it next year.

Out of the three cars entered, two Nissan GTR Nismo didn't finish the race and the other not classified

If Nissan wants to be competitive at WEC it better rethink a little but I know that this 24hrs has provided them with lots of valuable data that they can use to improve on

They really need to make car AWD IMHO

Well Nissan need a big rethink as do Toyota. But the whole thing makes a nice contrast to F1.Love the radio chat. "Will these tyres last three stints or four?" Who would have thought you could make tyres that last more than 15 laps?

Down side was the number of penalties handed out. Also the shit commentary.

    • No. Only for a standard ECU with/without Nistune. Standalone has no need for it. That's like the 3rd time I've said so.   And as to that sensor linked - yes, it does look like it would be the right one. I've never bothered to see how available they were - just assumed that they'd be hard to find. I think I'd be planning to go Link ECU rather than buy sensors I don't actually want to make Nistune work, if I did not already have Nistune. As you do not already have Nistune, you should realy consider your options.
    • If there's enough meat in the housing where you want to put the M12 adapter, then do it, but be aware that if/when you f**k that up you'll probably be repairing it before doing anything else. I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
