These are the 2 im looking at as are silent, good on power and water plus have the choice for basket or tray for the cutlery (tray better than basket)

they all look similar in there. only 2 brands, only 1 on special.  ill try to narrow it down to 1 or 2 tonight

3 days of no hot water and nobody seems to think its a big deal... the plumber has said the system has failed and needs to be replaced... and then nothing... have called for updates and nobody will call back...

 

and to make it worse the thing is banging away on the roof and sounds like its going to explode

had a phone call at the end of the day from W.a.rep. he wasnt aware a plumber had already inspected it and had only just been told. he got me to photograph the ID plate and put the warranty claim through immediately. they are hopefully bringing a temporary system tomorrow for us to borrow until our new replacement arrives on tuesday. good to have results but why they bother lying to take the heat off themselves is beyond me.

Thats a pretty gd result! Cant ask for much more than that! Some people would rather lie about it than take the blame, but to be fair thats the society we live in now days

That's true but by making false claims, especially in a time of need, people get false hope and frustration ends up being worse by the lack of results
