Maybe you could ask sanae how vaccume docking station would be spelt, then by the magic of photoshop you could still live the dream?

Who would have thought a bike muffler wouldn't result in a sporty sounding bobcat? It seemed like such a foregone conclusion.
Yeah I would have thought it would sound cool. Length to internal diameter ratio on straight through absorption mufflers. The longer and thicker the absorption material Is the more high end frequency it will remove. We normally use 1/4" or 1/8" holes perforated sheet with a s/s mesh to stop it blowing the packing out. Can get you a magnaflow at cost if you want. The louder the better on bobcat:-) just enough to impede the headphones and spiders.

Friend had a SSS pulsar with a u13 bluebird engine (fwd sr20det) in it back in the mid 2000s, it would pull on tuned ls1 commodores of the day.
Never underestimate a Nissan with 3 s's dads mate bought a bluebird SSS years ago. The engine went hard for a n/a 4pot.
Nah mate, I'll just pick up the wheel tomorrow (I worked the last 5 days and couldn't anyway)
Yeah mate. Damn work is crazy atm. We finally got our new bender sorted. Or I bloody did. Want to make Nissan bits but exhausted. Someday :-)
She'll do it for you. Go the yellow beast.

Fired straight up. Changed oil n filter, scraped an inch of dust off the front window then drove it to the car wash for a birthday

The hydraulics are engine noise are loud so the exhaust is now inaudible.

I’m just happy it’s blowing away from me so I don’t get smoked out driving it

Bit of fuel past the rings is bugger all. She loves you and can't understand why you pulled the methanol injection and put it on a diesel ute. Probably just jealous. You know what Japanese Girls are like. Low km's one owner. Don't you dare cross me>:)

Yeah dale I can get the magnaflows at cost no probs from super cat converters in Wangara. Is a quality product I put them on my skyline and sounds good.

I put these 3" magnaflows on the Nissan exhaust when I built it. What diameter would ragnor need? [emoji23] DSC_0217.JPGDSC_0182_1.JPGDSC_0216.JPG

well, the std pipe is a fkn wierd bit of kit with a massive traingular box section hanging off the back of the muffler - there to keep it flat at the back for the pillion I assume, but that is no longer an issue, so

I am thinking about 350-400mm in length, need to have an inlet to take 1 3/4' pipe. Gotta have a nice thick casing, as its going to have lugs welded direct to the case

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
