Recommended Posts

Hi guys.. ive been searching for the last 2 hours for an answer before posting..

Ive done a rb26 conversion on a nissan patrol

Im using a stanard rb26 engine harness and power fc

My problem is im not getting a constant 12 volts to any of the injectors...... any idea why?? i have high impedence injectors and do not have a resistor pack installed... I have signal from pin 109 on the ecu

I have spark

fuel pump primes

CAS is working

AFM look okay... getting a signal

Thanks in advance

Is there power to the ignition relay?

Injector power comes from there I'm fairly certain. Or the ECCS realay. one of the two blue relays in the passanger footwell on an R33GTR. Doesn't really help to much as you are talking about in a patrol, but might help you locate the relay on the harness

Yup.. both relays are working.. ive triple checked that...

Like you mentioned... if the 12 volts comes from one of those relays.. maybe the wiring is bugger to the injectors?

Try running a wire from the battery - if that works at least you know what the problem is.

Sorry.. ill clarify as my last post is a little confusing to read

Because I no longer have the injector resistor pack.. do I have to somehow run 12 volts to that part of the harness... OR.. should the injectors be receiving 12 volts directly from the ECCS relay (pin 3)
