How to determine what series rb25det i have?

Good day ppl,i recently bought a nissan laurel with a rb25det installed,i was wondering what series engine i have and how can i identify it.it doesnt have the identification plate .any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

1 one, assuming it's running standard coilpacks, if it's a series 1, it should have an ignitor pack at the back of the engine like so:

Series 2 has the ignitors in the coils so should look like this (just a plug):

I'm sure there's a million other ways someone else can chime in on

And you can tell a neo because it has a different CAS. It has a plastic cover unlike the others which is metal

Post pics of the engine with the centre Valley cover removed (the centre plate that covers the coilpacks) and we will be able to tell you easy as

ok guys thanks i just needed to make sure ,it turns out its a series 2,since it doesnt have a ignitor pack
