2003 Skyline 350 GT

Hi all, I'm totally new to this type of thing. I'm buying a Nissan 2003 Skyline 350 GT with a few upgrades. From what I have seen you can't change the Japanese to English on the pop up screen, is this correct? If this is the case is it possible to convert the screen to be used by a Navman or simular. Also is there any programs in the popup screen that is used for the mechanical side of the car. Anyone that has a 350 GT 2003 TO 2004 any info would be great thanks. Peter
