Car: R32 GTST

I'm trying to get 245 wide tires in the front and the back with 18 in tires. Does anyone have any confirmed offsets? I was +18 and was still hitting the front J arm(?).

Thanks!

This is particularly nonsensical. 245 wide tyres belong on at least an 8" rim, if not an 8.5 or 9". At 8", a 235 +35 will fit absolutely fine. A 245 will also fit just fine. However, at 8", a +18 offset is stupidly low for an R32 and you would expect the wheel to hang out of the guard. You would NOT expect it to hit the suspension.

What width wheel are you talking about?

I was using a +38 offset rim with 20mm spaces and it wasn't clearing. It was a 8.5" rim. It was rubbing the "j arm"(?) in the front. My roommate has a stock height r32 gtst aswell and they were hitting in the same spot on his with the spacers. It was hitting at the top of the arm. I don't have photos but the tires were rubbing near the top. Was using a 45 profile.

We verified the spacer was in fact 20mm

It's weird. 8.5 + 38 -20 really shouldn't go anywhere near the suspension.

The car is stock outside of the coilovers I have. That's really weird that camber could be the problem when neither of us have the required parts to change it.
