My Black 1989 R32 GTS-T is now for sale due to the extended loss of my license.

My R32 is one of the cleanest examples you will ever see. I have absolutely cherrished and loved this car from the moment i picked it up. It has near $3000 worth of suspension upgrades (TEIN HE's, cusco gear etc..), the usual mods (pod, zorst, bov), Autowatch car alarm with shock sensors and keyless entry, some momo gear inside, electric everything, digital climate control, A/C etc.

It is and has always been running stock boost (i purchased it completely stock) and have NEVER raised the boost levels. I have driven the car hard at times, but can attest that i have always kept it maintained and serviced at a very high level. The car runs beautifully and has a GENUINE 115,000km's with NO accident history. I will provide the buyer with 6 months rego and a full service. The car now has a series 2 bumper on it which is not pictured. Ready for a FMIC to be installed.

$13,500 (price has been dropped!).

Serious buyers only. No time wasters please. And no i don't want to swap it with your uncles tractor.

Here is a picture of the car with the bumper that has just been prepped. I will add new pictures after it comes out of the paint shop on Thursday.

14,500 for a 89 model....damn that must be a very clean 32

mate you will find that if you were to import an 89 yourself with similar mods it would cost quite close to that price( keeping in mind tyres+rego+compliance+minor issues ). The headache and risk of importing is worth some money too. On top of this, R32's are not so common in WA (thank god) and due to the nature of supply and demand, prices go up. I think i have only seen one for sale in the autotrader/sundaytimes in the past 2-3 months. Car yards are selling one or two stock standard r32's for around 14-15k...but who trusts a car yard?

sorry for contributing to the whoreage but i couldnt help myself. clean looking car with the essential mods! good luck with the sale.

would you consider selling the car without the suspension upgrade, with just stock if you still have the stock suspension?

very awsome ride, if i had that little big extra $$ well worth the 3,500km drive to get it

    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...

    • It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about. Reliability of everything in a 34 drops MASSIVELY above the 300kw mark. Keeping everything going great at beyond that value will cost ten times the $. Clutches become shit, gearboxes (and engines/bottom ends) become consumable, traction becomes crap. The good news is looking legalish/actually being legal is slighly under the 300kw mark. I would make the assumption you want to ditch the stock plenum too and want to go a front facing unit of some description due to the cross flow. Do the bends on a return flow hurt? Not really. A couple of bends do make a difference but not nearly as much in a forced induction situation. Add 1psi of boost to overcome it. Nobody has ever gone and done a track session monitoring IAT then done a different session on a different intercooler and monitored IAT to see the difference here. All of the benefits here are likely in the "My engine is a forged consumable that I drive once a year because it needs a rebuild every year which takes 9 months of the year to complete" territory. It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about with this car.
