should still be 10 or more.

Paul can u please send me the list of people that have made payments and how much.

Also can you try and get postage costs on those addresses i sent u and email them to me.

Paul, i sent you a PM last week, did you get it?

If this is happening soon i am still in, as i have not seen the money in my account, thus i have not bought the harness from another place.

paul whats going on man??? gotta a lot of people waiting on a response...

can u send me the list of whos paid and who hasnt?? and what they paid??

otherwise your just going to have to organise a refund... this is taking way too long

  • 2 weeks later...

I recommend that all parties involved get their money back and we shall seek out a supplier else where. I understand that such problems can be out of everyones hands, so if everyone agrees i will request all funds deposited back into our accounts.

From here i will contact a new supplier and see what deals they can do for us.

thats what ive been trying to organise for about 2 months now but i still havent received a list as to what people have paid... its getting beyond a joke and is making ME look bad because im the front man that went to all the other ***in forums to get the numbers.

posting on behalf of Paul:

"Due to the supplier of the belts being involved in the Tsunami disaster,

with his 4yr old son being swept away while on holiday in Phuket, I am

unsure as to when/if the belts will arrive. I'm not sure when he will be

returning back to work, so at this point in time I think it best in

everyones interest to refund all deposits.

This is an unfortunate circumstance, but rather than having further delays

to the groupbuy, I think it best that everyone has there money back. I

apologise for any inconvinience, but this disaster has had wide-reaching

effects.

To get you money refunded please email me at [email protected], along

with the amount you deposited and which account you would like the refund to

go to. I will try and get everyone refunded as quickly as possible.

Regards

Paul

"

If everyone is still interested I am sure I can get a set of harnesses at a discounted price from another supplier (Meridian Motorsport).

Most probably they wont be the same brand or the same price (they may be cheaper or a little bit more), I have to discuss this with Meridian Motorsport. They have previously looked after us with the oil cooler kits and I am sure they will do the same for these harnesses as I have already mentioned it briefly. He will most certainly NOT take nearly as long to supply the goods.

PAUL: The Tsunami disaster was a great and sorrowful tragedy, with the unfortunate lose of innocent lives. I am sorry to hear that the suppliers son has passed away due to this event.

But to use this as the only excuse and only update, after many months of waiting, is absolutely disgraceful and appalling.

    • Is the panel filter one that is oiled? Have you ever cleaned or touched the AFM?
    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
    • It is the stock air box with the panel filter. Everything else is stock except the exhaust at this point, as I also went back to the cleaned 270cc injectors. I will check the RPM when the IACV is unplugged and report back.
    • As MBS suggested if this is happening when the engine is cold you're going to want to remove the intake air regulator and verify resistance + that the shutter is physically opening and closing. At -20C should be fully open, 20C half open, over 60C fully closed. At 20C should be 70-80 ohms. For AAC valve testing using a Consult cable see if you can raise and lower the idle by commanding more or less AAC duty cycle. Hopefully it's pretty linear as well, shouldn't be like 30% AAC valve is barely idling and 40% is 1500 rpm.
