LMAO I was about to buy that car n do the same thing when I was lookin for a skyline ages back, think I saw it somewhere in Ringwood, this guy had it at the abck fo his dealership n wanted $5000 for it cos he couldn't compliance it... lol don't tell me that's the same one... that one had patches on the carpet which were covered with reebok thingys as well.

UPDATE:

This car is absolutely immaculacte, it still smells new inside, not even a scratch or wear mark in the whole interior!

SHOCKS: Tokiko Adjustable Damper

EXHAUST: Prof Sheep Dog 3.5"

FUNKY: Doubt it, this one was from near bendigo and was sitting in his shed for a year.

DLUDED: Undecided yet, wouldn't sell it for less than $16000 registered.

LOWLUX: Sold NUTS R32 for $18,500 a month ago as I was supposed to be moving interstate, got delayed with work and found this opportunity!

Matt: Adam bought it.... So Can he tame it is the question? The boost controller's not in at the moment so it's 0.8 bar around the 145 rwkw mark.... Got your ECU right here, I'll courier it to you, what address do you want it sent to? PM me.

Turtle: Needs some work done to it to get rego, around $7500 by the time it's on the road and registered.... To tell the truth I can't even remember where I found it, I just e-mailed a dude about two months ago and slowly bargained him down to $5500!

      All I'm hearing is sequential swap time. Gives you a shifter, and crisp hard fast shifts. You can even use flappy paddles with them. You just can't give the shifter the side to side shake to make sure you're in neutral

      I used "different strokes for different folks" quite pointedly as honestly, there is no wrong when it comes to choosing what you like.  I always day dreamed about flappy paddles with fast shifts in a sporty RWD Turbo and to me the sound and feel of it cutting through gears in a steady stream is exciting, engaging, and keeps the car better balanced - I *also* like h-patterns, but I find them more engaging and fun in a nice hoonable peaky NA thing.  Type-R Integra/old school NA rotary, things that are raw and need all the rpm where picking the gear and getting it sky high is part of the engagement of the whole thing despite the fact that they probably need closer ratios and faster shifts even more than a 3l turbo thing haha

      If I wasn't allowed or really had the desire to visit China it would probably fit in my carry on, but I have no desire, Japan would be nice during Cherry Blossom time though I might need to chat to Jackie about that, that should actually be an easy conversation though as she is currently talking about another cruise, cruise ship to Japan, a week in Japan to see the sights, then cruise home I may even be able to find those OEM NC Recaro seats over there that I cannot find here 🤔
