wow, thats amazing, how did you manage to lower the car and put the side skirts on without moving the car, and doing it within a split second!!! the car is in the EXACT position as a photo in your first post and all the shadows thrown from the car and the wheelie bin are identical, not to mention the dates on the photos are the same. do you have a time machine?

That is a photoshop effort by a dude on skyline Owners in Uk. He did it for me so i can see what its going to look like, I have the skirts and its booked in for 1st week in January matey, just thought i,d point that out. Whoops my mistake it was Dyno,d at 156  Picky Peeps in Austrailia or wot ? :) Mick

Hey thats cool man :) Of course, it would have caused a lot less confusion if you had said that in the first place. Why say the job has already been done and post pics of the results, and then say that it hasnt been done yet?

Having read the your post, where you say it has been "lowered and the skirts are on", one can only come to the conclusion that the job had already been done. What did you expect when you post a modifed picture of an original which you posted earlier? There are a lot of dreamers out there and its fun weeding them out.

But nevertheless, all is out in the open now. No hard feelings buddy. Nice ride :D

 No probs matey

In future i will watch how i word things

I did look at a Lexus Soarer 2.5 Twin Turbo/staight swap

but even though my liner is only a 2 litre i love it to bits.

I 1st thought about a Liner 9 years ago but bought my

Trusty 2.5 M Tech Sport Beemer { highly modded } and sold

her a year ago. My Skylines not as fast as the beemer but 20

times better looking and more enjoyable to drive.

Glad sorted things out dont want to P**S anyone off

I think you must have the RB20'D'E which I believe to be 180bhp+(ish), I've got the RB20E which is the slowest Liner! 120BHP

I've stuck a FSE boost valve in so the acceleration is 'less flat'!! Anyone know who makes a clutch for this engine? (R33) mine is slipping..due to the immense power I'll pumping!! haha lol But honestly, I need a new clutch and I aint gonna pay GTR prices for my slow car! So any help for a good value replacement would be much appreciated.

PS I'm in UK

    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
