hard to say if they will go up or down.

You can pick one up for between 8 - 25 thousand and the price will reflect the car you buy.

For 8 grand u might get something with rough body, no rego, blown engine, and overall BAD condition.

Then on the other end of the scale you might get a car that has a rebuilt RB25DET upgrade with a nice respray, wheels, suspension, stereo, rego, that is in great condition that the previous owner has fussed over and washed every hour on the hour...

The general price range at the moment seems to be from 13-18 thousand and I think that this will remain the same next year.

hi MR R32. How has your personal experience been with your R32 GTS-t? Has it been reliable for you and not drain ur pocket too much? ( I know it might be different with every model with reliability issues, etc). Im asking because i am interested to know, as i am considering buying an R32 GTS-t as my first car with a budget of around 15k next year. You dont have to answer everything, just curious to know how much $ u spend on fuel each week, normal driving?

Or information from anybody with personal experience with an R32 GTS-t?

Just dont want to fall in a hole owning one, im just stuck about this and trying to be realistic owning such a car, so any information would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Steve.

$50 will get you about 350-420 kms of city driving.

They are the best cars to own - very reliable if you get a good one.

15k is a good price to spend - u can save if you want to modify too.... My advice - buy one with a full exhaust, cooler, and wheels. Make sure its A1 mechanicallly before buying.

Good luck!

If you're talking about importing one, I cant see it getting any cheaper - the pirce has skyrocketed towards the end of this year with the demise of the 15 yr rule, and because they are *relatively* rare and fewer will be arriving in Australia (whos gonna bring a 15yo car thru SEVS?) there isnt really any reason to drive the price down... I can only see people asking high amounts for them.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
