nismo engine mounts

Can someone please tell me whats the differenece between nismo and normal engine mounts?

Just wondering if its worth me getting any.

Nismo mounts typically have metal plates in the rubber to avoid breakage/flext etc.

Shoot me if im wrong.

They are cheap and made of a stronger compound so if you need to change your mounts they cost less than stock mounts.

Sorry its Late in the day, Its as easy as undoing a few nuts and lifting the engine.

lifting the engine up (workshop) about a inch or less so you can replace them, i dont think you have to disconnect much at all, but its a bitch of a job just to change it.
