Just purchased 1996 R33 what now???

Recommended Posts

Hi guyz i just purchased a silver 1996 R33 GTsT,66,000 genuine kms, stock as a rock with 19" wheels.

What do you recomend to be the first upgrade? i am new to the turbo sean, and i am getting a 3 point alarm and turbo timer fitted.

Should i intercool, bigger turbo, internal engine mods........

or stay with stock and go body kit, suspention?

also do you guyz know of a preformance shop that covers all base's in sydney, near cambeltown/liverpool.

cheers for all the help.

just drive the car for awhile as it is, get a good feel for it, then try make it faster if u want.

ALARM FIRST!

then start with full exhaust , hi flowing panel filter with cold air intake, boost controller and then it starts to get expensive :( also there is a guy on these forums who remaps standard ecus for better performance. i think his name is toshi or something.

enjoy

Eaisest would be a K&N high flow airfilter.

I wouldn't bother with pods and cold air induction kits, it's already a cold air induction as is.

A nice $100..to easy

...for starters anyway....hehe

And the best advice without a doubt is to keep searching and reading and re-reading these forums. It's the best for learning all sorts of stuff

Some people even do stuff for you for a case of beer !
