I been last 3 years in a row, but always only gone with alot of mates and got the general admin tickets which means you have to get there real early to get a good spot!!

Was gonna get a 4 day pass at 1 of the grandstands but $$ needs to go to other more important things at the moment.

What stand have you got Roy?

Troy: Sounds like Shumacher stand.

I met a Grid Girl a few years ago - she was very nice, and tall, and leggy...

I'll be there each day in the morning - and maybe arvo (depending on work commitments). Will be there all day on Sunday. Snowy will be there too (all 4-days).

There are a number of SAU cars on display as part of the AutoSalon sponsorship. Not sure where its located - but could work as a good meeting point for anyone going. Bump in for the AutoSalon stand is Wed lunchtime - so I can post info Wed evening.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
