Hi all i was just wondering does anyone know were you can get a r33 gtst shell from i recently had a car accident sum areshole hit me and i didnt have insurence (long story) and neither does he 12k damage everything is still good except the shell sooooooo please let me know thanks

This raises a good question which i've been wondering abt...lets say the person who hits u has no insurance...neither do u...how does this settle out if that pperson is piss poor and cant afford to pay?

I've been in in a similar situation. Crashed a 6 month old car on the track so no insurance. Repair cost was about 80% of the new car price. I did pretty much what rodney_donald wants to do.Its a big job but i've done it twice now

I was under the impression that you're able to sue the driver at fault for your financial loss and any applicable medical-type expenses??

sure you are,no problem. Then you get to court and he turns out to have no job and five illigitimat kids and the judge orders him to pay you back at $2 a week
