Hey all,

just wondering if anyone here has had a look at the yellow Series 2 Stagea which is at Edward Lee's Jap Auto Center?

Everytime I've been through Parramatta road in the past few weekks I've either been in a hurry to get somewhere or it's been after business hours.

I've tried to have a look to get more details from the website, but it's so f&%king hard to navigate the page that it's ridiculous. Haven't even had a chance to call them because work's been flat-out...

Would appreciate any info anyone has on the car, especially details on whether it's a manual or auto, and the price they're asking... Personally, I'm not too keen on the yellow - I'll be going for the sleeper look if/when I ever get around to buying one, probably either the dark blue, dark green or wine red.

Thanks in advance,

Nick T

Hahaha, when I posted this link waaaaaaayyy back when, their website was a nightmare to use.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is the same car from back then, too...

Agreed, way too expensive!

it is still the same car they had advertised all that time ago i bought one same colour but a manual from motorman in springwood qld. they were really good to deal with and cheaper by bout 8000 bucks!!!!

Let see now - 99 S2, yellow, 98,000 K's, leather trim and side skirts for $35K

My 00 S2, yellow, velour trim, no side skirts, 56,000K's for $22K from Nizmo Imports

How much value does leather trim add to a car?

You do the maths!!

    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
