Fuel Surge

My R33 jerks (feels like fuel surge) when I'm accelerating off either 1st or 2nd gear. Strange thing is, this problem only happens as I'm turning (left/right) e.g turning at lights. On the straight it goes smoothly...

At first I thought it was the ECU (air/fuel map problem etc). Got a new ECU put in, but that didnt fix it. Anyone know of this problem?!

The car's HICAS has been taken out. Could it be the LSD??

Thanks

When you are turning left or right that's when fuel surge happens. My car is fine in a straight line even with little fuel.

Once I get into a national park with the hills and corners it happens and cuts all power from the engine. The engine doesn't even want to rev.

If you have a full tank then it should not happen. If it does then generally it's something else.

Sounds as though it could be electrical (somthing breaking contact when u turn) try lifting the bonnet with the motor running and wriggle some of the connectors eg afm plug, injector plugs, ign module and ect.

see if that causes the car to run funny could save your self $ in diag time.

one other thing replace your fuel filter. Just to be sure.
